WHy did you feel compelled to stay in the same place? Was that part of the experiment? I suggest next time around you get out move around go on some adventures. Being awake for 3+ days makes everything so surreal. Walking through the woods is like a dream; in some cases sleep deprivation can bring on some serious hallucinations as well. Im on hour 78 but with a 3 hours nap about 20 hours ago. I’ve been to an outdoor Shakespeare play, had sex and played frisbee golf . Think ill go to bed tonight.

You shoulda used some a.d.h.d meds (adderall, ritalin, etc) those can keep you up for weeks

Sleep deprivation on a daily basis for a long period of time really does a number on the body. I know this first hand. Severe lack of sleep caused me to gain weight, it brought on Diabetes, it caused my blood pressure to stay very high, and it made me a nervous wreck. Depriving one’s self of sleep for an experiment is one thing, but doing it all the time is definitely not good (to say the least).

you cant want to see them, they just happen, gotta let them happen and not expect it, walk thru the woods after 3 days, you will get lost trust me

its easy to stay awake if you can keep your mind active its when boredom kicks in you actually start to feel the effects, energy drinks/simulation drinks just make you feel crappy and headaches, they dont really help at all. take some pro plus :D
